The firm with the name of “GRM Engineering Services” was first established as Proprietary in 2016 for MEP design & Training services and due to overwhelming response in such a short period, The company incorporated under ROC as private limited on 4th January 2018 with Registered office in New Delhi (India).
- We at “GRM Engineering Consultants” provides comprehensive design, drafting & consultation for complete MEP building services includes HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire fighting system along with various engineering calculations, Preliminary design, schematic layout, Tender/ design/shop drawings, Equipment schedule, BOQ & project specifications.
- The design of MEP services is a process beginning with ideas translated into plans, which are then carefully coordinated through each phase of activity to produce the desired environment and facility. In each phase of design, environment protection, energy conservation and use of new materials appropriate technologies are the guiding factors for finalization of design solution.
- Apart from design we also provide Site consulting services includes management & supervision of the MEP services construction to ensure that all provisions of working drawings, specifications, safety codes and statutory requirements are properly followed. We have a group of engineering & professional experts in designing & execution of building services with over 15 years experiences in India/gulf.

Mr. Tashrif Ahmad has been a senior design consultant (MEP) for 20+ years worldwide experiences includes Qatar, Dubai, KSA & India for various prestigious projects as Doha international airport, Dubai international airport (Terminal 3), Ministry of education (KSA), Ministry of interior (KSA), KAFP projects (KSA) etc. and leads this organization's team since we started as a founder.
